Z3200 MODEL CORO-VANE® TRUCK PUMPS
Z-Series Coro-Vane® truck pumps are specifically designed to perform in such severe operating conditions as high differential pressure, pump overspeeding, poor suction conditions and heavy thrust loads associated with a power take-off (PTO) drive system.
Advantages
- Innovative cam design virtually eliminates cavitation
- New materials utilized in cam and blades extend pump life
- Large diameter non-metallic pins are suitable for higher pump speeds
- Locked rotor is factory set with shim adjusted thrust bearings which are rated in excess of 4,000 lb
Z3500 STATIONARY AND TRUCK PUMP
Higher flow rates - faster loading and unloading
The Z3500 pump offers the same locked rotor design used in other Corken Z-series truck pumps. This and large diameter non-metallic pins, which are not speed-sensitive, ensure longer pump life. Maintenance is made simple with the removal of an inspection plate and the high-tech materials used on the cam and pump blades are designed to further extend the life of the pump.
A three inch foot mounted pump designed for stationary and truck-mounted applications, the Z3500 it is rated at 800 RPM as opposed to the more common 640 RPM. This gives it an improved flow rate over the Corken 1021, and even at 640 RPM, the flow rate is 7% up on the 1021.
Product Applications
Used for loading and unloading single and dual bobtails and road tankers.
Product Features
- Large diameter non-metallic pins are not speed sensitive so you can operate the pump at a higher RPM and not damage the pump.
- High tech materials used on the cam and blades help extend the life of the pump.
- Up to 7% or more capacity at 640 RPM.
- Unlike other three inch stationary pumps rated at 640 RPM, the Z3500 is rated up to 800 RPM providing higher capacity without damage.
- Maintenance is made simple. When it becomes necessary to service the pump, all you need to do is remove twelve head bolts to inspect the bearings, seals, sideplates, rotor, vanes and vane drivers.
- Retrofits the Corken model 1021 stationary pump and other three-inch competitive pumps with little or no change in piping.
